Security Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee on-site security operations and ensure client-site compliance with standards.

Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel, Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management, Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures, evacuation protocols, hazmat guidelines, fire safety measures, and injury/incident reporting, Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns, Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner
