Lead, direct, and motivate roofing crews to meet daily and weekly production, quality, and safety goals, Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and details to plan and sequence work activities, Troubleshoot field conditions, resolve technical challenges, and develop practical solutions to maintain productivity, Track job progress against schedule and communicate needs, delays, or changes to the Project Manager or Superintendent, Lead daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and toolbox talks; enforce PPE and safety requirements
