Job Description
Oversee NDT program to ensure naval ship repairs meet quality standards and compliance.
Duties
You will improve work processes and utilize manpower and material resources effectively and efficiently.
You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
You will ensure that manpower and material expenditures are directly linked to program/mission objectives within approved budget levels, and positions and/or organizational structures to promote efficiency and economy.
You will provide technical oversight and develop performance plans to evaluate work performance of subordinates.
You will adhere to EEO policies.
You will ensure reasonable equity in determining qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotions, details, and awards across the branch.
