Performs a variety of specialized, complex activities in the coordination of HR for a large department. Strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and departmental communications.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and participate in HR related programs; investigate, document, and resolve HR problems; serve as primary contact for routine HR related inquiries.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Required: 2 years in Human Resources
Certification:
- Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
