Job Description Summary
As a client Office Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a small team or department. Duties include clerical tasks such as answering phones, bookkeeping, typing, operating office machines, and filing. This role is part of the Office Operations function, responsible for providing office support to clients, business functions, or individual contributors.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office and business transactions
- Review files, records, and documents to obtain information and respond to requests
- Handle inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Present information effectively to internal groups
- Interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Solve straightforward problems using existing procedures
- Deliver output by following defined processes under close supervision
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills (e.g., calculating percentages)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
