Stockton, CA
$22–$23/hour (up to $24/hour for highly qualified candidates)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Actalent is partnering with a well-established laboratory services organization in Stockton that has been serving California's agricultural and environmental industries for over 100 years. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys a combination of customer service, administrative support, and hands-on warehouse responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with laboratory sample inquiries and requests
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within company systems
- Handle shipping and receiving activities, including receiving pallets and incoming deliveries
- Prepare, package, and distribute sample bottles to customers
- Clean, prepare, and ship ice coolers used for sample collection and testing
- Organize inventory, stock supplies, and maintain a clean workspace
- Support daily laboratory operations and administrative functions as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Accurate data entry and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving coolers, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, laboratory support, or administrative work is preferred
- Knowledge of environmental, agricultural, water, soil, or laboratory samples is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00/hr.
