Description
Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional food service in a fine-dining restaurant setting to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests during service.
- Responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests.
- Responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders.
- Assist all guests as needed.
- Assist bussing staff by pre-bussing guests' tables.
- Responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
- Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Additional duties as required or assigned
