Hourly Pay: $10.50

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Rotating availability on weekly schedules and itineraries
• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. *English language proficiency required in bilingual positions.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal backgrounds consistently with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. *A valid driver's license from the Puerto Rico jurisdiction is required.
• Customer service skills
• Current valid driver's license from Puerto Rico
• Available for credentialing processes and trainings

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by performing security and protection procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving skills
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Receive and channel processes in the reception area for employees and/or visitors according to the establishment's norms and assigned post orders.
