Construction Laborer
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $21–$24/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time 40+ hours a week
Job Summary
We are seeking Construction Laborers to support projects focused on civil construction, earthwork, and outdoor site development in the Loveland, CO area. This includes work on parks, infrastructure, and large-scale outdoor spaces.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties on active job sites
- Assist with site prep, grading, and earthwork support
- Move and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
- Support crews with installation of utilities, drainage, and infrastructure components
- Perform digging, trenching, backfilling, and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with heavy civil, site work, or outdoor construction projects
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- OSHA 10 certification
Work Environment & Schedule
- Outdoor construction sites (parks, civil infrastructure, and development projects)
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours
- Opportunity for overtime depending on project needs
This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $24.00/hr.
