Maintain accurate inventory and fulfill customer orders efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
Warehouse Associate
An experienced, Warehouse Associate. The position will be responsible for all general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory counts, order fulfillment, etc.
The right candidate for this position will be customer-oriented, have good attention to detail, and be a reliable part of the team. The successful candidates will display the ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal direction.
Shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management
Receives material from vendors into the software system and maintains accurate inventory records
Verifies incoming and outgoing product inventory transactions
Inspects incoming product for damage
Retrieves and tracks miscellaneous inventory or supplies
Pulls correct items and quantity of product to fill customer orders
Tags items with proper labels and stores according to the established retention system
Loading and unloading deliveries to warehouse
Inventory management including cycle counts and ensuring all product going in or out of the facility is accounted for
Operates forklift and other material handling equipment (including pallet jack, dollies, handcart, etc.)
Cleans and maintains work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and business standards
Customer-oriented approach and a desire to assist people
Good verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting expectations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment
Good work ethic; punctual and dependable
Able to work both as a team member and independently
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 1-year of experience in warehousing/receiving
Basic PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Products preferred
Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps
Bi-lingual (Spanish) not required but a plus
