The Program Aide will assist with the maintenance and enhancements of an asset/inventory management system, Enter and assign information into the NYS Information Technology Service Management database (ITSM), Perform tasks related to staff onboardings, transfers, and offboardings for Human Resources, Perform tasks related to staff relocations for Facilities Management, Other duties as assigned
