Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spectrum of Hope, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to meet our growing clinical needs. You will partner closely with clinical leaders and HR to ensure a seamless and strategic hiring process that supports our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified RBT candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with clinical hiring managers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience recruiting RBTs, BCBA staff, or clinical professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with RBT certification requirements and ABA therapy field is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in ATS software and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
