Deliver exceptional guest dining service at Ko Restaurant and maintain optimal station readiness throughout shifts.
Kō Food & Beverage Attendant
Providing inspired food and beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions. As a Kō Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be a hospitality ambassador that will connect our guests to the delectable cuisine inspired by our diverse culture and island home. The support you provide to the multiple outlets, including table and supply maintenance, beverage service, and food delivery will help us showcase our passion and accomplish our mission of turning moments into memories.
Hourly Rate: $23.04
- Adhere to daily checklist and duties assigned
- Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance, and beverage service
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner while adhering to the State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standards
- Ensure the proper set up and break down of all side stations in the venue
- Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on property
- Actively participate in monthly departmental sales promotions
- Organize time so all side work is completed according to shift demand
- Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or vocational training
Experience
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment desirable.
Licenses or Certificates
- TB Clearance
- Food Safety Certification or ServSafe Certification
