Route Driver Skills & Experience Requirements: Valid driver's license required. Safe and reliable driving skills. Ability to follow designated routes and checkpoint instructions. Comfortable using mobile applications and GPS technology. Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Ability to identify and report GPS, application, or tracking issues. Strong communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work independently and follow assignment procedures.

Route Driver Project Schedule: Training: July 27, 2026 Project Dates: July 29–30, 2026 Split Shift Schedule: Approximately 3.5–4 hours in the morning and 3.5–4 hours in the evening each project day Project Summary Meeting: July 31, 2026

Route Driver Responsibilities & Job Duties

Drive a designated route from Bentonville to Ozark and return to Bentonville. Transport a GPS tracking device along the assigned route. Receive and transfer GPS devices at designated checkpoints. Use a mobile application according to assignment instructions. Monitor GPS performance and mobile application functionality. Identify and report technical issues, irregularities, or performance concerns. Follow assigned routes, checkpoints, and testing procedures accurately. Communicate with Node Operators and designated drivers as needed. Maintain safe driving practices throughout the assignment.

Route Driver Physical Capabilities: Sit and drive for extended periods. Enter and exit a vehicle as needed throughout the route. Safely operate a motor vehicle for extended distances. Use a mobile device and GPS technology while completing assigned testing procedures. Maintain focus and attention throughout the driving route.
