Job Description: Operate and maintain coordinate measuring machines to ensure precise measurement and quality control of parts. Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform measurements, analyze data, and report any discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Operate, maintain, and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Romer Arm, Analyze dimensional data against part models to determine conformance, Prepare CMM programs for inspection using drawings and CAD models, Perform inspections and review discrepancies with Engineering and Quality departments, Train dimensional measuring employees in all phases of dimensional inspection
