Security Lieutenant

- Provide leadership and oversight in the absence of the shift captain
- Train and mentor security officers
- Assist with performance evaluations and staff development
- Respond to incidents and support de-escalation efforts
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high-stress situations
- Collaborate with patients, visitors, and staff to resolve concerns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Microsoft Word skills for report writing
- 2+ years of security experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to obtain a Florida Class "D" security license within 120 days of hire
- Ability to obtain CPI certification within 120 days of hire
- Ability to obtain IAHSS basic security officer certification (or higher) within 120 days of hire
