Oversee nightly security operations and ensure guest and asset safety across the property.

Security Supervisor

We're looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead Security Officers, and ensure a safe, secure environment for our guests, team members, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, schedule, and assign tasks to Security Officers
  • Patrol property and assist with incident response
  • Monitor officer performance and ensure proper conduct
  • Support secure cash/asset handling and restricted area access
  • Maintain clear communication with management and other departments
  • Perform duties of Security Officer as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience (2+ in security preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain

License:

  • Nevada Gaming Registration
  • Driver's License
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
