Apartment Maintenance Technician
A high-end apartment complex is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing repairs, move furniture, install ceiling fans, change outlets and garbage disposals, and make other repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
