Responsibilities include reviewing complex enrollment requests, managing reconciliation efforts, processing requests according to productivity and quality goals, developing best practices, triaging enrollment discrepancies, notifying supervisors of trends, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or College Degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Enrollment Specialist in the health insurance industry, with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player. Demonstrated ability to communicate via email. Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures. ECS, One Hub/Pulse, SNOW, Health Proof and Health Rules (CSF/CFI), Excel, Word, Sharepoint, or a system that logs productivity.
