Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs
- Conduct outbound outreach to existing and prospective customers
- Support account growth through relationship building and customer retention
- Prepare and communicate quotes to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the ordering and fulfillment process
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activity
- Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and recommend solutions
- Support branch revenue goals through account management and customer engagement
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers
- Comfortable handling multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Cash-handling experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience in construction, roofing, building materials, or a related industry preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
