Job Description
Receive and inspect shipments, record data, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Job Title
Receive, inspect and record shipments of raw material.
Unload packages using a forklift.
Inspect contents, ensuring accuracy and inspecting for damage.
Contact supplier or shipper to reconcile identified errors.
Label deliveries and allocate to designated destination.
Maintain accurate records, and assist with inventory control.
All other relevant tasks as assigned.
Receiving clerk experience working within a similar environment preferred.
Experience operating forklifts, and ability to obtain certification required.
Receive shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or packing lists, Unload packages using a forklift and ensure safe handling of materials, Inspect contents for damage and accuracy; document discrepancies, Label deliveries and allocate to designated destinations in inventory systems, Maintain accurate receiving records and assist with inventory control
