Own daily picking, packing, and staging to ensure on-time shipments.

Picker/Packer

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fall River, MA

Shift: Monday – Friday and Sunday, from 10:00am-6:00pm (Off on Saturday)

What's the Job?

  • Manage pick ticket orders from warehouse management system
  • Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products
  • Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets
  • Stage products correctly for shipment
  • Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements

What's Needed?

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs
  • Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
