Fabricate rebar per engineering drawings while maintaining a safe, efficient shop floor workflow
Rebar Fabricator I
Our client, an industry leader in construction and manufacturing, is seeking a Rebar Fabricator I to join their team. As a Rebar Fabricator I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7 am – 4 pm
What's the Job?
- Examine specifications of customer orders using drawings or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup requirements.
- Pull, cut, bend, and weld rebar assemblies according to engineering prints to support production schedules.
- Bend and create pull-pins for the cover casting department.
- Stage rebar materials on handling skids and storage racks to support manufacturing operations.
- Assist rebar benders in placing and repositioning metal bars for bending operations, ensuring proper placement and safety.
