Service Delivery Driver – Electrical Supply Indianapolis, IN

Kirby Risk Electrical Supply is looking for a Service Delivery Driver to join our Indianapolis team.

This position is responsible for delivering products to customers safely and accurately while providing excellent customer service. The role includes loading and unloading materials, completing deliveries, and working closely with customers and internal teams throughout the day.

What You Will Do as a Service Delivery Driver

In this key role, you'll make sure products get where they need to go—delivered with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

You will:

• Load and unload electrical and mechanical apparatus for delivery and pickup.
• Safely transport materials to and from customer locations.
• Observe and communicate key information from the field to supervisors and internal teams.
• Maintain delivery documentation and follow company safety procedures.
• Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A clean driving record and valid driver's license (must be 21 years of age).
• A positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
• Overtime as needed
