Pay Rate: $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are now hiring Warehouse Associates for a facility in Sparks, NV! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals who are eager to grow within a warehouse environment.
Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the warehouse, including receiving, picking, loading, and general material handling. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments, including receiving and shipping
- Operate RF scanners to accurately track and pick inventory
- Move, load, and unload products safely throughout the facility
- Assist with order picking and staging for shipment
- Support general warehouse tasks such as stocking and organizing materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Reliable and safety-focused with strong attention to detail
