Warehouse Associate – Goods Flow

Join the IKEA Goods Flow team and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the store. You'll receive, stock, replenish, and organize merchandise to ensure products are available for customers while supporting a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Warehouse Associate duties include:

• Receive, stock, replenish, and organize merchandise throughout the store.
• Perform inventory tasks to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability.
• Use IKEA systems and tools to support efficient goods flow operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following established procedures.
• Keep warehouse and stock areas organized and clean.
• Follow all IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by supporting efficient and cost-conscious warehouse operations.

Required skills:

• Previous warehouse, stocking, retail, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport merchandise throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
