General Laborer
This role performs a wide range of general labor tasks to support construction and outdoor work activities. You load and unload materials, work outside for extended periods, use hand and power tools, and help maintain a clean and safe job site.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks to support daily construction and outdoor work operations.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
- Work outside for 10 or more hours per day as required by project needs.
- Pick up trash and debris regularly to keep the work area clean and organized.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with company safety policies.
- Learn new tasks and procedures as needed to support changing project requirements.
- Collaborate and communicate with diverse teams to complete work assignments.
- Adhere to instructions from supervisors and team leads to meet project timelines.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and potential hazards while working outdoors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
