Maintenance Technician
Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a rewarding career in a growing industry? Join our thriving pet food manufacturing team in Denton, TX! We're searching for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systems
- Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with production, quality, and inventory teams to ensure a safe and smooth operation
What We Offer:
- Pay: $28 per hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: 2/2/3, 12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM) – enjoy more days off!

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment (food or beverage industry preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or degree a plus
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
