As a Vitality Living Lead Housekeeper, you will impact lives by:
- Clean resident apartments according to schedule, including but not limited to vacuuming and spot-cleaning carpets as necessary; cleaning ceilings and walls as necessary (e.g. removing cobwebs); dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces; removing trash; removing, laundering, and replacing bed linens and towels; and cleaning windows and patios/balconies as necessary or requested
- Coordinate and assist with onboarding, training, and scheduling of new housekeeping staff
- Periodically inspect and evaluate physical condition of the community and submit recommendations to management for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, reallocation of space, etc.
- Monitor resident room safety (i.e., cords, carpets, etc.) and report potentially unsafe conditions
- Serve as primary resource for resident feedback on department functions, evaluate feedback, and make adjustments to processes as needed to maintain customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months in a lead or supervisory role
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow SDS information guidelines
- Willingness and ability to safely work with various cleaners and use appropriate PPE at all times
- Quality problem-solving and issue resolution skills with a laser focus on customer satisfaction
