Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are hiring a Production Worker (Shipping & Receiving) to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support packaging and material movement. This is a hands-on role that combines physical work with basic system usage (SAP/Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving activities (inbound & outbound)
• Prepare and track shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and documentation
• Perform order picking, packing, and staging shipments
• Operate forklifts to move materials and pallets safely
• Use RF scanners / WMS systems to track inventory
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
• Enter shipment and inventory data in SAP and Excel
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support loading/unloading and general labour tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Strong forklift operating experience
• Experience with shipping, packaging, and order fulfilment
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Familiar with inventory control and cycle counts
• Experience with RF scanners / warehouse systems
• Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Shift:

• $20
• Mon-Fri – Hours: 9am-5:30pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belcamp, MD.

Pay and Benefits:
