Hire Dynamics is seeking a loader for a facility in Shelby, NC! Job Title: Loader Job Description: A manually loading trailer job involves moving cargo onto and off transport vehicles by hand. Workers lift, push, pull, and stack boxes or heavy materials directly in and out of trailers, verifying shipments and ensuring weight is evenly distributed for safe and efficient transportation Tasks to Perform: Lift, carry, and stack packages from floor to ceiling within trailers using "hand-to-surface" methods. Sort, stack, and secure items or pallets to prevent shifting, damage, or falling during transit. Scan packages, read delivery/load labels, and verify quantities against work orders or charts. Job Requirements
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to sit, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, and crouch for extended periods. Ability to adjust machine or vehicle controls precisely. Depth perception and distance judgment. Quick reaction time. Full coordination of hands, arms, and legs. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs frequently. Strong mental and visual attention.
