Material Handler – 3rd Shift
Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $21.09 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Sun-Thurs | 9:15pm-6am Overtime: Mandatory overtime as needed Join Our Team! Job Summary
As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment while maintaining productivity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks while following established safety procedures.
- Pick, pack, sort, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation.
- Deliver materials to production or shipping areas to support daily operations.
- Organize products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety standards.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-5 years of recent warehouse or material handling experience.
- Updated resume required.
- Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as business needs require.
