Position Summary – Under supervision of the Center's Director, the Academic Success Center Support Staff will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks: maintaining the operation of the computer lab/printing services and providing technological support for students, faculty and staff daily. Additionally, the support staff keeps supply inventory, assist with event preparation, offers instructions in usage of equipment and software packages, and monitors student activities throughout the Center.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Must have integrated computer skills and knowledge of computer applicationsKnowledge of information technology, data storage, and backup softwareComfortable with crowds.
