Oversee overnight store operations and lead teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant night coverage.
Overnight Coverage Lead
As an Overnight Coverage Lead at H-E-B, you'll support Store leadership by providing primary overnight coverage and monitoring Partners, departments, and total-Store safety and sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include store lead operations, customer service, compliance, sanitation, and safety. Experience leading or supporting an overnight team is preferred. Knowledge of department production stations, problem solving, and decision-making skills are required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively is necessary. Completion of forklift or power jack training is required upon hire. Physical demands include constantly walking, reaching, and lifting up to 85 lbs. The work environment may involve exposure to cold/hot, ambient temperatures, loud noise, and wet conditions.
