Experience Desired: Previous experience as a medical receiptionist (1+ yrs); Ability to speak, read and write Spanish and English in a professional setting (1+ yrs); Experience scanning documents and completing clerical duties (1+ yrs)

Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience: Computer literate; Fast learner; Ability to greet patients in a professional and friendly manner; Experience entering patient registration information including demographics and insurance; Ability to perform reminder calls; Experience scanning documents and completing clerical duties

Preferred Skills: Experience with EPIC EMR; Bilingual in Spanish; Medical Receptionist experience preferred; Healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties: Friendly greeting and arrive patients for visits; Enter registration data including demographics and insurance information; Complete reminder calls; Scan patient documentation; Perform various clerical duties

Typical Day: Welcome patients as they arrive for appointments; Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information; Answer phones and make appointment reminder calls; Scan medical documentation into patient records; Support clinicians, nurses, and medical assistants with front office operations; Complete general administrative and clerical tasks throughout the day
