Bilingual Patient Care Representative
Our client, a leading mail-order pharmacy company, is seeking (Spanish-speaking) Bilingual Remote Patient Care Representatives to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department, supporting patient interactions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: REMOTE (Candidates must reside in Ohio, Michigan or Arizona)
Pay Range: $18.00- $19.00
Shift: must have flexible availability
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery.
- Resolve pharmacy-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document and enter data into the system to maintain patient records.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards at all times.
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to call quality and productivity.
What's Needed?
- Speaks fluent Spanish
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume calls.
