Coordinate participant onboarding and assist departments with administrative tasks throughout the 90-day program efficiently daily

Job Title

The SUCCESS Program is a 3-month paid employment program designed to provide opportunities for individuals who have completed a pre-employment program and/or come highly recommended by a community partner or agency. The program's goal is to help participants secure permanent employment within MGB at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties under moderate supervision with intermediate to advanced proficiency, as outlined in the relevant job description
  • Assist with special projects as directed
  • Perform additional duties as requested
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental procedures, policies, and guidelines
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in working with diverse people and situations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
  • Strong customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills
