We are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, located in the Humble and surrounding areas. As a Fully Skilled Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes. As a Fully Skilled Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, including:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Reminding clients to take their medication
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

Provide high-quality care and support to clients, following established care plans and protocols

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and infection control guidelines

A high school diploma or equivalent required

6+ months of experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, etc., with a willingness to learn and grow

A valid driver's license and reliable and insured transportation

Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
