Senior Security Representative

We are hiring a Senior Security Representative to serve as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO). In this role, you will serve as Contractor SAP Security Officer and Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer supporting multiple programs. You will be the trusted guardian of our most sensitive, top secret programs. Your expertise will keep our facilities, personnel, and national security assets fully protected, compliant, and mission ready. Key responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Performing in individual and team roles in support of all contractual security requirements for DoW Special Access Programs (SAP).
  • Serving as the Contractor SAP Security Officer, (CSSO), Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO), and a Security Representative.
  • Studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoW Manual 5205.07, working closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and security rulings or deviations.
  • Administering the SAP Nomination Process, including processing, logging, tracking, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP & SCI Nomination packages.
  • Conducting annual SETA requirements, providing security indoctrination, debriefings, pre/post Travel briefings, and annual refresher briefings as necessary.
  • Conducting self-inspections and managing preparations for security compliance inspections by government security personnel.
  • Maintaining classified document and media control, including logs tracking documents in transition.
  • Completing transportation plans and shipment/receiving of classified materials.
  • Performing administrative security functions, such as organizing and filing program security paperwork.
  • Processing and tracking incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.
  • Investigating security violations and submitting required reports to the government.
  • Managing purchase requests for security services.
  • Assisting the FSO/CSSO and Team with additional security responsibilities as needed.
  • Supporting DoW Collateral, SCI, and SAP classified program requirements.

Required qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Experience in previously appointed position as FSO, CSSO, ACSSO or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705
  • Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations and solutions based on limited and or conflicting information
  • Ability to thrive and build relationships with government customers and industry partners
  • Excellent written, oral, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with collaboration, scheduling, and coordination
  • Strong organizational development skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • JADE, SIMS or DISS experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to champion change
  • Active TS/SCI

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. TS/SCI

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 – $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
