Prepare meals for Fort Detrick CYS program while ensuring safety and nutrition

This position is located at Fort Detrick, MD.
Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee Applicable To Employees Working At Least 15 Hours Per Week:
- First Child: 100% Childcare Fee Discount (All CYS Employees)
- Second And Subsequent Child: 25% Childcare Fee Discount (All CYS Employees)

Assist in planning and implementing a comprehensive food service program following CACFP policies, Prepare and cook a variety of foods following standard recipes, Work with Food and Nutrition Specialists to prepare menus and submit food orders, Assist with on-the-job training of other kitchen staff, Serve as consultant to youth cooking clubs/health and fitness programs as required
