Lead end-to-end PERM immigration recruitment for technology roles in Minneapolis
Job Title
Responsible for supporting employment-based permanent residency (green card) processes while also delivering full cycle recruitment primarily in Technology and Operations.
Lead and coordinate immigration-related recruitment activities, documentation, and compliance requirements in partnership with the Sr Manager-Talent Acquisition leader, legal counsel, hiring leaders, and HR partners. Additionally, source, assess, and select qualified candidates for strategic hiring needs in a cost-effective manner. Build strong relationships with Hiring Leaders and collaborate with internal business partners to ensure both immigration and talent acquisition objectives are met.
Coordinate PERM recruitment activities with legal counsel and HR, Source, screen, and hire technology and operations candidates, Track immigration case timelines and ensure timely submission of materials, Maintain compliant hiring practices and consult with hiring leaders, Develop sourcing strategies and manage pipelines
