Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: M-F, Standard Business Hours
Target Start Date: ASAP, pending completion of new hire onboarding
Duration: 4 months (opportunity for extension or conversion to FTE, depending on performance, attendance, and business needs).

Job Details: Customer Service Associate Representative-Underwriting Phone Verification Representative Skill Required:
- Candidates must have a quiet and private space designated for focused work
- Must have high speed internet
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Competent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational and time- management focus, with attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Prior Insurance experience preferred
- Conduct & complete medical questionnaires with applicants
- Metrics are based on call audits, maintaining regular attendance and average calls completed
- Hours given will vary between 7am- 7pm CST & based on business need
- 1+ years' experience in call center environment preferred
- Experience communicating with medical terminology a plus
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
