We're looking for experienced professionals to help train, evaluate, and improve next generation AI systems. Your professional expertise will help ensure AI models can provide accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to professionals seeking advice throughout their careers.

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Pay Rate: $25–$50 USD/hour (based on experience, qualifications, and project needs)
What You'll Do
- Review career related questions from professionals at different career stages
- Write high quality "golden answers" that reflect expert level career guidance within your field
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI generated career advice
- Help identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
- Strong understanding of customer-facing roles and career growth opportunities
- Experience training or mentoring customer service professionals is highly valued
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
- Comfortable working independently and meeting quality expectations
Nice to Have
- Team Lead or Supervisor experience
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Quality assurance or coaching experience
- Customer Success experience
