Job Title: Warehouse Associate Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) OT as needed Pay: $16.65
What You Will Do:
- Operate different types of tow motors to pick orders according to customer requests
- Use a computer to input and pull orders
- Stack boxes properly on pallets
- Assist with wrapping and quality as needed
- Ensure availability of required components and supplies
- Verify part numbers, order numbers, batch number, purchase order number, and quantities to ensure inventory accuracy for applicable assignments
- Process paperwork accurately according to established cGMP and Standard Operation Procedures
- Load and unload trucks and racks
- Use RF inventory software to process transfer orders
- Receive materials against purchase orders
- Locate and retrieve materials from storage locations
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Locate inventory
- Follow established safety procedures and report any safety concerns immediately
- Perform visual quality checks on inventory
- Assist with orientation and training of new temporary employees
- Serve as a backup to other members of the team
- Process "on hold" or scrap materials according to procedure
- Perform or assist with cycle count activity as needed
- Operate powered industrial (PIT) equipment in accordance with SOP's and training
- Perform battery changes for department PIT equipment
Basic Skills:
- Must operate PIT equipment and maintain current certification as stated within the GOJO PIT policy
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to listen and follow directions for department processes
- Repetitive lifting requirement up to 55 pounds
- Basic computer skills; data entry and retrieval
- Hand/eye coordination to perform major tasks of the position
- Ability to use calculator
What We Need From You:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must comply with client's substance abuse policy
- Must comply with criminal background requirements
- The ability to lift 30-50 lbs. on a regular basis
