Evening Administrative Assistant – Outpatient Services

This is an on-site (non-remote) position. Pay: $18.00-$24.00/hour. Schedule/Location: Part Time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 11:30am-8:00pm), Full Time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 11:30am-8:00pm – additional daytime hours Monday & Friday), In-Person

About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lowell, MA! This candidate will perform secretarial and administrative support services. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
  • Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
  • Schedules and coordinate client visits
  • Collect copayments
  • May provide admin support to our prescribers
  • Prior authorization
  • Verifying insurances
  • Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of healthcare administration in office setting experience required
    • Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
    • Ability to reliably commute to work
    • Experience managing prescriber schedules and messages
    • Should be detail oriented and have experience within the customer service industry
