Experience as an HR generalist Experience supporting a Human Resources Manager. Experience or interest in Project Management Preferred Experience: Gain experience in Human Resources, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain and the Manufacturing World Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Mircosoft360 Upskill your labour relations knowledge and gain face-to-face experience with employees to handle a variety of topics including learning, onboarding/offboarding, conflict resolution, engagement activities, and diversity initiatives. Responsibilities: Support and drive human resources People initiatives in the Smyrna, Client Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire onboarding, and Learning & Development initiatives. Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross-functional plant teams including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion. Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support. Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks, including internal and external recruitment, career fairs and employee event engagement.
