Process HR actions and respond to employee inquiries for labor relations at Stennis Space Center.
Duties
You will research regulations, laws, and policies to provide basic answers for employee benefits.
You will analyze and evaluate information for higher level Specialists for use in claims development and adjudication.
You will communicate factual and procedural information clearly and orally to higher level Specialists.
You will draft written responses to requests for information.
You will provide technical assistance and solutions.
