Associate Position at BAYADA Home Health Care
BAYADA Home Health Care has an upcoming opening for an Associate to support our division, with a primary focus on offices in the Cumberland, NJ area.

The Associate will:
- Provide superior customer service with a focus on professionalism and communication
- Coordinate client services across multiple offices, assisting with scheduling and client support
- Handle new client intakes, handle referral calls, and support backend workflow tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Support office operations with a focus on process efficiency, organization, and attention to budget
- Demonstrate a high level of multitasking, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Use tools like Excel to track and organize information as needed
- Partner with Client Services Managers to provide support and guidance to field staff
Qualifications for an Associate:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (open to new graduates with the right skills and mindset)
- Prior home care, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet goals, and handle increasing responsibilities
- Strong team player with a positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic systems

Salary: $50,000- $53,000/ year depending on qualifications
