Medical Billing Administrative Assistant
Addison Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Billing Administrative Assistant to support our client's healthcare billing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a medical office environment while utilizing strong organizational and administrative skills.
We're looking for a team player who is comfortable working with patient records, managing documentation, and supporting billing operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Assist with medical billing and administrative support functions.
Organize, sort, and maintain patient records with accuracy.
Upload patient records and supporting documentation to insurance and payer portals.
Send records securely via email and fax while following HIPAA guidelines.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
Support the billing team with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure records are filed and stored according to company processes and compliance standards.
Four-day workweek with Fridays off
