Qualifications
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to create memorable experiences
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations of all ages and backgrounds
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM system operations a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
